Avery is loving animals right now! Parrots, aquarium and now the ZOO! Brittney, my sister, found that Hogle Zoo was having there last free day at the zoo for the winter season, so we made it a girls day. My mom switched her day off, and Missy and Jessie, my other two sisters, had the day off. It was a blast! A little cold but oh so fun!

Rode on an elephant
Watched the elephants
Had some play time and went down the slide
drove the boat
and looked out at sea.
Avery loves to touch things. She loved feeling the different textures of the claws of different animals.
Grandma climbed through a hollowed out log with all the kids. Avery loved it and enjoyed playing peek-a-boo from the hole in the log.
We watched the sea loin put on a show for us for treats.
We loved the under water viewing. There is so much action.
Avery loved the birds. She kept on reaching for them to hold. :)
We look forward to the next time we get to go to the zoo. It was tons of fun to hang out with all of my sisters, mom and cute nieces. I love my family! I love to watch Avery interact with her cousins and find joy in nature.
